Andrea Aurelio Di Todaro was
born in Rome on October 14, 1978.
He earned his law degree in Rome University "La Sapienza",
with the highest grades and cum laude.
His thesis, in Constitutional Law, was dedicated to the relations
between satire right and Constitution (title: "Diritto di satira e
Costituzione").
He has been
working for the Studio Legale Pace law firm since 2004, and he has been admitted to practice law by the Court of Appeals of Rome since March 2008, for the session of exams called by D.M. 26 giugno 2006.
He published "Diritto di satira e
responsabilità dell'Internet
provider per fatto illecito altrui: un'ordinanza... sui
giusti binari?" in "Giur. cost.", 2006.
He was member of the editorial staff for the book by A. Pace (edited by), "Corte costituzionale e processo costituzionale nell'esperienza della rivista “Giurisprudenza costituzionale” per il cinquantesimo anniversario", Giuffrè, Milano, 2006.
